We will publish the names of the Participants (individual, or organization (including a contact person)) of the Quality Assurance System.
You will also require an email address that will be used to access the QAS (to submit reports)
If you wish to remain anonymous you should use a suitable pseudonym and an email address that does not identify you.
If you wish to provide additional contact information (telephone number, email address, website, etc.) you will have the opportunity to do so.
